As a Content Strategist, you will be a storyteller. Your success is based on strategic thinking and creative execution. You will be tasked to meet content objectives, in a variety of formats, to capture the attention and engage the Turn marketer audience. On a project-by-project basis, your areas of ownership and influence include: ideation, development, promotion and distribution. To accomplish your individual goals, you are impeccably organized, have strong project management experience, and communicate clearly and precisely. You will collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams internally and externally.

Drive content initiatives for timely delivery with the support of internal stakeholders and outside agencies/vendors.
Encourage your colleagues to add value in your content initiatives with their knowledge and experiences.
Coordinate the promotion and distribution of content through the Turn website, blog, social channels (paid and organic), newsletters, and influencers by creating and maintaining a standard checklist and calendar.
Monitor, capture, and report meaningful, relevant data on the effectiveness of content with our target audience.
Support the team with sourcing ad hoc graphics requests and projects as needed.
Maintain the library of content for field and customer use.
Ensure all copy and visual storytelling adheres to appropriate style guides.
Passion to create world-class content.
Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals.
Self-motivated, and possess an unwavering work ethic and a strong desire to learn and share insights.
Succinct writing, proofing and editing skills with a strong drive for accuracy and detail are musts.
Have experience in areas such as: advertising/marketing technology, education, paid social media, or content marketing.
Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of work experience is required.
Software proficiency: PowerPoint and Excel – required. Kapost and Marketo – preferred.
Location: Redwood City or San Francisco
