Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the client services team in the EU with:
    • Customer reporting and analysis across managed service customers
    • Regular and ad hoc campaign monitoring
    • Campaign set-up and quality assurance
    • Research for internal and customer facing projects
    • Troubleshooting and escalation on campaign issues
  • Contribute to building out best practices for account management team use
  • Participate in client engagement activities such as drafting client emails, presentations, agendas and other materials

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • The ideal candidate would be a recent grad or pursuing a marketing, communications or business degree in their last year
  • Previous experience working in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (especially Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
  • Strong interest in digital and social media – you’re curious about how online marketing works
