Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Enterprise

By selecting content most likely to perform on social media, our software and predictive algorithms help our customers grow on Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms.


The True Anthem Customer Success Team has the primary mission of setting up new customers and optimizing the performance of existing customers.  Customer Success Managers perform the following functions:


  • Directly manage relationships with True Anthem enterprise clients (large media companies and global brands)

  • Lead client onboarding, technical implementation and account optimization

  • Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and enterprise success

  • Monitor social media activity and client budget fulfillment

  • Provide regular reporting to clients

  • Responsible for client education and messaging of best practices

  • Drive product innovation based upon client needs and industry trends


Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience

  • 4 years of relevant work experience in social media, digital publishing or online advertising

  • Experience interfacing with enterprise customers

  • Enjoys working with teams to solve complex problems

  • Proficient In PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets/Slides, etc.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online publishing

  • Self motivated with the desire and ability to learn on the fly

  • Able to teach and learn from other team members


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree

  • Relevant work experience interfacing with top 100 Global Brands and

  • Knowledgeable about enterprise AI tools

  • Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to make product recommendation based on research, data and industry trends with strong technical abilities.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solution, and the ability to work with a geographically dispersed team.
