Part-time Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are a growing website design and marketing agency dedicated to truly helping small business owners to succeed. We are very good at what we do because everyone in the company does what he/she loves to do =)

We are seeking a professional who is passionate about keeping the office organized and helping to manage the daily tasks of the business AND wants to grow with us. This position will start as part-time and grow into full-time.

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Great customer service and attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly is important. You must have outstanding communication skills and be able to balance multiple projects, be able to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Google Drive is a must. 

Bonus point if you:

Have worked at an internet marketing agency and/or understands the basics of online marketing
Have experience with bookkeeping 
Know how to use Slack, WaveApps, and Infusionsoft

Tasks include:
Keep office organized
Handle basic bookkeeping and Accounts Payable and Receivables
Organize and oversees CEO's personal and professional schedule
Communicates with clients and other team members 
Create proposals (based on templates) and send to client (training provided)
Other tasks as needed for the successful operation of the business

Compensation: $12 - $14 per hour.
