About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the Front Desk
  • Process all guest check-ins according to established hotel requirements
  • Communicate resort services and amenities to guests
  • Take, record and deliver messages accurately, completely and legibly
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions

Requirements:

  • Ability to input and access data in computer database
  • Ability to focus on guests' needs, remaining calm and courteous
  • Ability to focus on details, prioritize, organize and follow up
  • Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Front Desk and by telephone
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule between 7am - 11pm, including weekends and holidays
