About the Position:

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the overall culinary operations of three (3) colocated restaurants and ensuring every guest has a spectacular culinary experience. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and a leadership style that thrives in a busy kitchen environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, Management and accountability for the restaurant culinary team
  • Cold Food - Cold; Hot Food - Hot 
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner preparation and execution
  • Cost, Control and Consistency 
  • Butchering and fabrication of all center of plate proteins

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in high volume culinary outlets
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
