About the Position:

The Banquet Chef is responsible for the day to day operation of all banquet culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, Management and accountability for the banquet culinary team
  • Coordinating event logistics for the culinary team including travel, delivery and execution 
  • Managing labor and food costs
  • Ensuring cold food is cold (30 min prior) and hot food is hot (15 minutes prior)
  • Support the sales process by developing custom menus and engaging and providing tastings


  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in a similar operation
  • Demonstrated experience creating menus that fit the guest's desires
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
