The Sales Manager is tasked with assuring successful events through strategic leadership of the sales department within TRAVELING TEAMS®. This position requires a high level of ownership, sports market expertise, trend analysis, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teammates are a MUST. This is a unique role; no day is the same and no day is boring. The Sales Manager is responsible for:

  • Identifying valuable markets to cultivate new business
  • Maintaining sales volume and selling price by overseeing market research of demand, changing trends, competitors, and economic indicators
  • Source new sales opportunities through research, networking, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • With short notice, required travel for professional representation of TRAVELING TEAMS®

 

Education:

We value education, but like experience even more! Bachelor’s degree required.

Salaried and commission
