Project Manager

Job Description


Key responsibilities:

Assign brand analysis projects to linguists around the world;
Communicate project status and timelines to clients and management;
Troubleshoot and fix production problems;
Review deliverables and correct errors prior to delivery;
Add additional linguistic resources as needed;
Ensure projects are carried out correctly, on budget and on time;
Approve payment of invoices from contract linguists.

Required experience and skills:
Advertising agency traffic coordinator, or translating agency project manager, or branding company project manager;
Four-year college degree;
Speak and write at least two languages well;
Lived outside the USA at least 4 months;
Traveled to at least four countries outside the USA;
Interest in and awareness of different languages and cultures;
Solid grasp of world geography;
Native speaker of English;
Solid grasp of basic math.
