During this pandemic, we have expanded to include transparency and access to PPE and COVID-19 testing to help bridge the gap between immense need and supply.


  • Based on 100% commission-based payment structure


  • Promote and sell PPE, COVID-19 Comprehensive Management System for testing and remote monitoring, and any other products and services we added to the product offering to new and existing buyers

  • Seek out new customers through connections and inside sales

  • Create sales targets

  • Coordinate with team members to close deals

  • Grow and maintain vendor and client relationships

  • Provide quotes

  • Stay up to date with relevant industry news, trends, and regulations

  • Maintain sales pipeline report


  • 5+ years experience in sales in the healthcare industry

  • Strong communication skills: listening, empathy, patience

  • Excellent customer service and selling and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Open and receptive to feedback

  • Creative problem solver

  • Self led

Transpara Health believes in the flexibility of remote work and a family-friendly work culture. We operate 100% remotely (even pre-COVID), but have space in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne for meetings as needed. While most of our team is located in the greater Seattle area, this operations role can easily be performed anywhere that you can work normal Pacific US Time hours. Also, like most companies these days, most of our day-to-day and weekly meetings are via video conferencing or phone calls. Overall, we believe in the power of individuals on our team to set their optimal work schedules and accommodate the schedules of others on the team as reasonably as possible.
