Job Description

Training Center Coordinator

Center Administrator - San Diego - Trading Academy

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time | Benefits Included

Location: Onsite – San Diego

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday

The Opportunity

You're a strong fit if you've managed bookings and registrations, kept a venue running on time, or coordinated events — and you're equally comfortable behind a screen as you are greeting guests.

A Training Center Coordinator has real ownership over both the administrative infrastructure and the guest experience

Trading Academy's San Diego training center runs live financial education events every week. We need someone who can own both sides of the operation: the guest experience when clients are in the building, and the detailed administrative work that makes each event possible before anyone arrives.

This is a dual-focus role. Roughly half your time is screen-based — data entry, registration management, scheduling, and reporting. The other half is coordination and guest-facing work. Both sides matter equally.

What You'll Own

Administrative & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate registration records and enrollment data in Salesforce and internal systems

  • Manage event scheduling, calendar coordination, and instructor logistics

  • Perform consistent, detail-oriented data entry with a low tolerance for error

  • Generate basic operational reports and support Sales and Operations teams with administrative tasks

  • Handle correspondence, document management, and internal system updates

Event & Training Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for weekly onsite training events and weekend sessions

  • Manage materials preparation, room setup, catering, and day-of execution

  • Anticipate what each event day needs — and have it handled before anyone asks

Guest Experience & Front Office

  • Serve as the face of the training center — first impression for every client and guest

  • Manage check-ins, phone experience, and the overall client journey throughout the day

  • Set and maintain the hospitality standard for the space

Office & Space Management

  • Keep classrooms, common areas, and event spaces organized and event-ready

  • Manage inventory, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility requests

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role with heavy administrative responsibility and event coordination.

  • Demonstrated comfort with registration, data entry, scheduling systems, and detail-oriented computer work

  • Strong organizational skills — you manage multiple moving pieces without losing accuracy

  • Calm and effective in fast-moving environments

  • Comfortable traveling to remote events close to Trading Academy Center, as needed to assist in event administration.

  • Salesforce or CRM experience a plus; Microsoft Office proficiency required

  • Valid driver's license

What We Offer

  • $55,000–$65,000 salary

  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match

  • Wednesday–Sunday schedule, with weekday time off
