Corporate Recruiter

TradeTracker is looking for a winning Corporate Recruiter to join the Team in our Almere office! In this role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle of varying positions across all of our offices around the globe. From Sales Managers to Programmers, from Holland to Dubai, you are an expert in finding the best talent to match TradeTracker's high standards. You are a great multitasker who can perform under pressure and prioritize work when necessary. Your energy is contagious, and using your entrepreneurial mindset you think out of the box to create winning recruitment strategies. Fulfillment you find in recruiting the right candidates, you know your people. Last but not least, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a vibrant personality, someone who knows how to represent TradeTracker in and outside our organization!

Your responsibilities entail:

• Working together with the Hiring Managers in different countries; 
• Recruiting ambitious talents through different channels;
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and managers;
• Assisting with the preparation of work agreements and related documents; 
• Writing vacancies and posting them across relevant channels;
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system;
• Executing reference checks. 

Your skills and traits:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
• Minimum two year of working experience in similar role; 
• Interest in online performance marketing;
• Excellent communication skills and with fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Living in Almere or within max 30 minutes commuting distance;
• You’re an enthusiast with driven personality.
