WithMe is a passionate group of app and game developers using our technical knowhow to unlock the power of friendship! Not only are we creating amazing social experiences for our users -- we are empowering users to make their own.

We’re looking for a senior engineer to act as a guiding force and collaborate with other passionate developers. Interested in using Unreal to deliver our next generation mobile product? Excited to move across gameplay, UI and systems? Join our WithMe team to level up yourself and everyone around you.

Do you love making games, but don't enjoy the crunch time? Our company culture is serious about work-life balance, with highly flexible PTO and a fully remote team.

Do you love working on a team that gets it done together? We're also serious about teamwork, whether it's working together on a difficult problem, forming a multi-discipline strike team, or just making sure we're all having fun.

Do you want to empower your players? Not only will we help millions of people form long-lasting friendships, but we're giving them the ability to share their cool content with the world.

Our core values:

  • A positive CULTURE, where communication and teamwork is encouraged.
  • We’re PROBLEM SOLVERS, looking for the best solutions and knowing it’s okay to learn from our mistakes.
  • All of us have a part in LEADERSHIP, from helping out a teammate to speaking up and challenging assumptions.

What you’ll do:

  • Own a feature, either as an individual or a small team, from design to implementation.
  • Work on gameplay, UX and/or systems, depending on the project needs.
  • Work across disciplines and teams to achieve results.
  • Engage with, learn from and mentor your teammates.
  • Building (and playing!) mobile apps and games that connect people.

What you’ll will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience building mobile apps on top of a game engine
  • Five or more years of C++ and mobile experience
  • Experience working with source control tools, such as Git or Perforce

Bonus points for:

  • Unreal experience with both C++ and Blueprints.
  • Shipped games on mobile platforms.
  • Worked with user-generated content technology.
  • Background in social games or products.
