Together Labs (formerly IMVU) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive projects, move teams forward, and keep teams accountable for deliverables. This person will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering leads and cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects according to company goals. The Project Manager is an integral role to ensure Product and Development teams continue on our trajectory of success and deliver on our commitments while keeping in mind best practices and process improvements.
Manage schedules, task breakdowns, and assignments for cross-functional teams like Engineering, Design, Product, and QA
Identify cross-functional dependencies and facilitate communication across teams to resolve them
Plan and execute scalable processes to ensure projects are delivered with high quality keeping in mind resource allocation and schedule constraints
Track progress, identify issues, and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle
Ability to balance limited resources and prioritize with an ROI-focused mindset
Generate timely and accurate status reports and project updates to be communicated throughout the organization
Lead by example to create and nurture collaboration, communication and team excellence across Product development teams
2+ years experience managing internal development teams, roadmaps, or projects within a B2C, internet, social or gaming industries
Understands Software Development Life Cycle, both waterfall and Agile
Exhibits strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Results and detail-oriented and has the ability to get things done in a fluid and fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, a self-starter, creative, and all-around smart thinker
Able to work well on a team with various cross-disciplined members
Able to get along, motivate, and build relationships with team members of different personality types
Capable of balancing your time effectively across many different tasks while not losing track of details or falling behind on deadlines
Social networking, online gaming or social gaming experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid reporting and documentation skills
Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom
PMP, PMI, Certified Scrum Master, ACP desired
