Watermark Residential is seeking a Full-Time Property Management Intern to support the daily operations for the Watermark Corporate team. 

In this internship, you will be supporting our VP of Property Management, as well as our Director of Property Management. You also will have the opportunity to gain onsite experience at our properties in Fishers, Zionsville, Mishawaka, and others if needed. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain experience in the many aspects of Property Management. 

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Junior or senior majoring in Property Management 
  • Good communication skills
  • Must pay high attention to detail and be very well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast paced environment.

Additional Requirements for Internship:

  • Flexibility to travel to our properties as needed
