Assistant Community Manager
Residential | Denver, CO | Full Time
Watermark at First Creek, located in Denver, CO, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Community Manager to lead and manages daily tasks and the supervision of Leasing Professionals. In this position, you will coordinate with Leasing Professionals to assist with reports, paperwork, and moving in new residents. In the absence of the Property Manager, you may assist in management responsibilities. You will also track the progress of all leasing team members through an ongoing follow-through system.
Positive attitude and customer service focus
Sales, leasing, and marketing ability
Basic computer skills, current computer software and Microsoft Office Suite ®
Must be able to tour the community, including climbing stairs on a regular basis
Preform all Assistant Manager duties as well as leasing, and fill in for Community Manager when unavailable
Leasing, Delinquency, Renewals and Social Media Postings
Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and in cases of emergency
Stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment
College diploma preferred
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management
1 years' experience working as an Assistant Community Manager
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) - preferred
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence required
Experience in Yardi required
