The Train Station Fitness and The Youngstrong Foundation are currently seeking ambitious Youth Fitness Instructors to join our growing team! We are dedicated to pushing boundaries and establishing a new level of fitness in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties. Every day is a chance for us to take what we know, and find a way to do it better. We adapt, create, improvise, and find new ways to collaborate and challenge the world of health and wellness. We are shaking up the fitness industry with our programs, and working hard to be a force of good in the areas around us.

We are looking for individuals that have experience working with children in a fitness related role (physical education, sports coaching, teaching, etc). Must be available weekday afternoons between 3:30-5:30pm and occassional weekends. Deliver fitness programs and activities to youth in a positive environment both at the gym and in various schools. Candidate needs to be energetic, customer focused, reliable, and be willing to submit a background. 


The Youngstrong Foundation Inc. was founded in 2016 in partnership with The Train Station Fitness in an effort to enhance the lives of our youth in the Youngstown area and beyond. Today, Youngstrong is a leading nonprofit utilizing fitness to empower kids emotionally, socially, and physically. We are currently able to directly impact the lives of over 700 students on a weekly basis. Youngstrong's mission is to enhance the lives of all children through physical fitness and wellness initiatives that encourage integrity, discipline, passion, and teamwork.​ 


The Train Station Fitness was established in 2015, and is not just a gym, but Youngstown’s premier fitness community. Our 15,000 square foot Boardman facility and 5,000 square foot Niles facility both feature state of the art equipment, top notch coaching, and scalable programming for all ages, abilities, and skill levels. With dedicated personal training, and programs such as CrossFit, SWEAT Bootcamp, The Yoga Yard, and Sports Performance Training, we combine personal attention and hard work to maximize personal results.
