Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker/Producer to join our growing brokerage team. This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and contributing to the overall success of our firm. As a Life Insurance Broker/Producer, you will assist clients with policy applications, the underwriting process, and ongoing policy maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the life insurance industry while helping clients secure their financial futures. This is a 1099 opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most current and relevant insurance solutions.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance laws, company policies, and industry regulations to ensure all transactions are properly documented and legal.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on life insurance products, options for securing their financial future, and benefits of different coverage plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and support staff, to ensure the smooth execution of client policies and follow-ups.

Required qualifications:

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
