Auction Coordinator

The Golf Auction, a leader in the golf memorabilia market is seeking a full-time Auction Coordinator.   

As an Auction Coordinator, your duties will include the following (but will not be limited to):

• Working directly with The Golf Auction management team
• Receiving consigned memorabilia, inventorying items and storing them properly
• Photographing received inventory for posting in future auctions
• Management of the warehouse and auction organization
• Coordination of shipments to auction winners
• Working with auction staff to mitigate shipping errors and breakage

The Auction Coordinator will be:

• Highly organized and likes to keep things neat
• Have exceptional attention to detail and retains information regarding locations of where items will be stored
• Able to navigate and use daily the Microsoft Suite of programs as well as shipping software
• Ability to work in a creative packing environment with high value collectibles
• Knowledgeable and passion for the history and game of golf, preferred but not required
