We create and manufacture a variety of signs including yard signs, channel letters, billboards, monument signs, and much more. We are currently interviewing experienced Sales & Customer Service Representatives for our inhouse sales. This is a position for candidates looking for a career of growth and opportunities.
As the Inside Sales & Customer Service Representatives you will report to the CEO of the company. This is a full-time, inside sales position located in Macon, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, competitive, motivated, and have an attitude to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO, Sales Account Manager and Production Coordinator with sales, quoting, invoicing, and the production process when needed.
- Greet and handle all walk in customers looking for signage solutions.
- Responds to phone calls, emails, text messages from clients both new and existing while representing the companies culture and values.
- Make visits to job sites to meet project managers and complete survey's when necessary.
- Assist to resolve customer needs and issues by listening, and clarification with a smile!
- Build relationships by knowing your product, market trends, and the competition. Have a plan before the call and provide real effective solutions to meet your customer needs.
- Present and persuade with confidence.
- Provide appropriate support, time and attention needed for each job from start to finish.
- Collaborate with staff, management, and clients to ensure the quality and timely completion of each job.
- Own your actions! Whatever issues you encounter, within or outside of your job responsibilities, act, and resolve! You will have all the necessary tools needed for you to exceed and excel!
- Create and maintain a customer follow up/satisfaction program.
Requirements:
- Provide top-notch sales techniques and customer service daily to new and existing clients.
- Strong and effective communication skills to build a lasting rapport with clients.
- Open-minded individual with initiative to get involved to get things moving.
- Confident, creative, with the ability to multi task, and take initiative to do what it takes to succeed.
- Must maintain a professional image and behavior while interacting with clients.
- Work independently, manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail oriented, problem-solving with excellent follow through.

- Prior "Signage" experience would be a plus.
