Immediate openings for experienced construction quality control managers. Specific needs in multiple locations nationwide.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience on non-residential construction projects. Experience must consist of full-time superintendent, quality control, and/or safety duties with no other duties.
Some projects require a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
Current NAVFAC/USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification is required. OSHA 30 certification is also required, however, well-qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to achieve this certification post-hire. Current CPR/AED/FA certification is also required, and a minimum of eight hours of continuing education each year for the last five years is necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with Federal construction experience.
Successful candidates must meet Department of Homeland Security standards for access to US military installations. Individuals with felony convictions, recent misdemeanor convictions, excessive arrest records, etc., cannot be considered for these positions.
