The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Salt Lake City facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the skincare industry, exceptional leadership skills and a strong customer service orientation. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment for their team. This mid-level management position will involve managing store resources, upholding excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

A 1200-hour Comprehensive Master Esthetician Program designed to meet Utah State requirements for licensure.

  • Manage daily store operations efficiently to ensure profitability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Train and motivate employees to enhance sales performance and improve team collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain the store's inventory, preventing surplus or stockouts.
  • Oversee store merchandising to maximize appeal and increase sales.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue while managing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other store management software.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Passion for beauty and skincare with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.
  • Marketing experience or background, particularly in retail or beauty industry.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and perform under pressure.
  • Certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetics, or skincare are a plus.
