The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager/Aesthetician to oversee the daily operations of our Memphis location and also serve as an expert facial provider at this location. The ideal candidate will have aesthetician certification from an accredited institution, have a passion for the skincare industry, exceptional leadership and organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment for their team. This mid-level management position will involve managing store resources, upholding excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations efficiently to ensure profitability.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Train and motivate employees to enhance sales performance and improve team collaboration.

  • Manage and maintain the store’s inventory, preventing surplus or stockouts.

  • Oversee store merchandising to maximize appeal and increase sales.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as an aesthetician from an accredited institution.

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue while managing costs.

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other management software.

Nice to Haves:

  • Passion for beauty and skincare with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.

  • Marketing experience or background, particularly in retail or beauty industry.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and perform under pressure.

  • Certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetics, or skincare are a plus.
