The NOW Massage a new concept massage boutique was founded on the principle that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. Designed to serve as an oasis from today’s fast-paced digital society, our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage services in a beautiful setting. After launching in 2015, The NOW quickly became LA’s hottest wellness destination for globe-trotting influencers and locals alike. Four boutiques later, we have embarked on a national franchise expansion and are looking forward to bringing our thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products, and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.

  • Foster a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional practice to your clients 

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and staff

  • Take ownership of the success of a new brand in a highly sought out location

  • Drive Success by building the flagship team from inception


We will create moments to Restore Your Body and Reset Your Soul. As the liaison between the franchise owner, staff, and clients, your role will be to bring everyone together to work cohesively toward our goals. The daily responsibilities include:

  • Be the creator of an extraordinary "moments of being in The NOW" for members and guests by managing the day to day operations of the location, and supporting the experience guides and massage therapists in positively resolving customer challenges. Additional duties but not limited to (payroll, scheduling, customer relations, performance reviews, perform front house duties, product training, inventory management, health, and safety compliance, supply management, hiring responsibilities)

  • Encourage clients and staff to focus on the importance of mind, body, and spirit by growing memberships, promoting retail sales, partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals, and working with the team to achieve their goals. 

  • Develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training/mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.

  • Excel in details where every operational aspect is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).

  • Form a healthy culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.

Looking for those with a prior background in management in one or more the following areas marketing, sales, service, or retail.  Individuals with the following competencies will succeed in this role:

Salary Range $45,000 - $50,000 + Bonus opportunity
