The NOW a new concept massage boutique, was founded on the principle that self-care is a necessity not a luxury. Designed to serve as an oasis from today’s fast paced digital society, our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage services in a beautiful setting. After launching in 2015, The NOW quickly became LA’s hottest wellness destination for globe-trotting influencers and locals alike. Four boutiques later, we have embarked on a national franchise expansion and are looking forward to bringing our thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support franchisees through various phases of the opening process. This includes but is not limited to financing, staffing, training, compliance and operations
  • Create and maintain corporate partnerships and strategic alliances for corporate owned locations as well as franchise locations
  • Work with the team to play an integral role in the franchise development process 
  • Create a sales training program for 4 corporate boutiques locations and assist with implementation
  • Coordinate ordering and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment for franchise locations
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships across multiple functions of the business
  • Day to day management and utilization of multiple software platforms
  • Develop procedures to streamline various processes of the business 
  • Work closely with the corporate team across multiple departments

Desired Qualifications

  • Leading departments and developing company-wide growth strategy.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry such as hospitality, wellness, fitness, or beauty highly preferred
  • In depth knowledge of strategies that lead directly to generating measurable sales results.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, with demonstrated success in building relationships with customers and executive management.
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills.
  • Skilled with marketing analysis of key data points.
  • Structured organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet aggressive project deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully at any given time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced, exciting and fun team environment.
