Who We Are:

We are looking to hire a personal assistant, on an as-needed basis, for an upcoming project. This will be a part-time, onsite, entry level position in Miami.

Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

Flexible schedule


Duties will primarily include the following:

Personal errands

Scheduling

Filing (hardcopy paperwork and utilizing Dropbox)

Making phone calls

Additional work requiring the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Other duties as assigned


Education:

College degree preferred (Associates)
