Adventure Travel Program Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary:

Do you have an unquenchable thirst for adventure? Have you ever lived out of a backpack? If you’ve worn out your passport in search of the perfect wave, trail, ski run, or single track – we want to hear from you. The Clymb is looking for savvy travel coordinators to help our members plan their next adventure. The ideal candidates will have international travel experience, intimate knowledge of adventure sports and activities, and be able to draft compelling trip descriptions, read on!

Responsibilities:

  • Gather images and content from operators, ensure assets are completed accurately, efficiently, and align with The Clymb brand.

  • Coordinate with creative team on content needs and analysis.

  • Draft compelling trip descriptions and proofread, fact-check, and edit as needed.

  • Accurately load product and event information into data files and prep for deployment.

  • Work with the marketing department to communicate the needs and ensure the accuracy of email marketing campaigns related to the product.

  • Work with the social media department to strategically promote trips across The Clymb’s social channels.

  • Load all trip images and copy onto the website.

  • Handle and manage all customer service tasks associated with selling travel.

  • Manage all bookings (inventory), cancellations, and modifications.

  • Communicate with operators to improve and adjust offers, and provide post-event sales reports to operators.

  • Assist with scheduling of offers.

  • Quality assurance of trip events and content across email, website, and social channels.

Qualifications:

·       Communicated passion for international and/or adventure travel.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel

·       Unwavering attention to detail, production and results oriented.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; copywriting experience a plus.

·       Able to work well with cross-functional team members.

·       Able to manage multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines

·       Ability to change, adapt, and learn new systems quickly
