We are seeking a Full-Time Adult-Focused Speech Language Pathologists to join our growing team!

Applicants must hold an active Washington State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license at the time of application. Our ideal candidate will be available to begin employment within two weeks of receiving an offer, or sooner if possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Begin with a full time schedule of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours, depending on your preferences.

  • Provide individualized therapy to primarily adults with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.

  • Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.

  • Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License.

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of clinical experience.

  • Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.

  • Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) (Vital stim/amp care)

  • Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.

  • Experience across a diverse range of clinical presentations.

  • Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, or board certifications in neurogenic communication disorders, voice, or swallowing.
