The Salesforce (SFDC System) Administrator is a countable for the maintenance and support of the (SFDC) system. They are responsible for insuring the CRM system is a useful tool for the sales team and also support the training and users on the use and the processes related to the CRM system.


  • Manage the 330 internal users, new user setup, coordination with IT and end users, as well as activation and deactivation of user licenses.

  • Responsible for Data Management of the system including mass data uploads, transfer and deletion of data. Duties will also include putting out guidelines on the maintenance of data.

  • Take the lead on all production support issues related to SFDC and manage the process through the use of case management and production support Chatter group.

  • Key support on reports and dashboards, including creating reports for users.

  • Lead technical support for both the service and sales modules as well as lead on all testing of enhancements for both the sales module and service module.

  • Responsible for training users, including regular updates on tips and tricks for the system.

  • Being the point of contact as the Teknion Subject Matter Expert and champion of the SFDC system.


  • Post Secondary degree in Business Administration, IT , Sales or Marketing

  • Minimum 2 years related experience, ideally with a background in a supporting sales and or marketing.

  • experience an asset, preferably a certified SFDC system Admin.

  • Must demonstrate excellent project management skills.

  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft,Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Microsoft Project.  Database knowledge also an asset
