Job Description

The Office Assistant will provide support to the TechSmartt team and help manage admin roles.

Roles and duties

  • Researching new product trends

  • Ordering of new products/inventory

  • Help with pre/post-production setup for product photography and video shoots (product placement, lighting, etc.)

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Accurate filing and maintenance of documents
  • Picking up of packages and/or errands

  • Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel for executive(s)

What you’ll need

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Highly-organized

  • Punctual

  • Possess a car for running local errands

  • Familiarity with computers, databases and Office Suites, Word & Excel

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
