About Us

Our product offerings currently include Pro Referral, Service Connect, as well as The Home Depot’s Home Services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and deploy based cloud application solutions to internal business teams
  • Work with multiple business stakeholders to develop solutions against the roadmap
  • Provide guidance to develop business process automation solutions
  • Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations
  • Work closely with business operations teams to determine business requirements and desired functionality
  • Partner with internal engineering teams, third-party vendors to develop consistent solutions
  • Responsible for design and code review, and release management
  • Work with other members of the Business Systems team for coordinated delivery



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise-wide experience
  • development experience on the service cloud
  • Excellent knowledge of technical architecture
  • Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST based web services, and SOQL
  • Hand-on experience building and exposing APIs from Salesforce and consuming external Services.
  • Expert knowledge of the governor limits and working within those limits
  • Experience working with version tracking tool
  • Experience working within an Agile development framework
  • Knowledge of Javascript UI frameworks
  • Tools and technologies: Eclipse (or similar IDE), Git (or similar tool)
  • Experience with Java (or other development languages) a plus
  • Good understanding of design patterns and engineering best practices
  • Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and SOA best practices
  • Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities


Nice to have:

  • Experience implementing tracking solutions (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) on the Salesforce platform 
  • Experience implementing LiveAgent
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing cloud
