Teampay delivers smart purchasing for empowered teams. Our products enable companies to request, approve and track employee spending in real-time.

Teampay is growing by double-digits % month/month. The company recently raised $5M and is backed by successful venture investors and angels, with offices conveniently located near Madison Square Park in New York City.

About the role

As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for being the primary storyteller and voice of Teampay in the market. You will carve out a new category, position Teampay as a disruptive force, and accelerate our sales velocity.

You don’t need to be young, but you need to be scrappy and hungry; not throwing away your shot.  Hamilton aside, we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of prior B2B Product Marketing experience specifically with SaaS

  • Proven track record driving product marketing & sales enablement

  • Develop world-class storytelling, product positioning, go-to-market strategies, sales + partner enablement, and compelling content.

  • Lead market, customer and competitive intelligence

  • Experience partnering with sales, demand generation, customer success & product management to deliver business results - there are no silos here

  • An understanding of the concept of category design, with previous experience preferred

  • The ability to treat marketing as a process, and test, learn + iterate at breakneck speed

  • You work towards a “growth mindset” including experience in the controlled chaos of a startup

This position will report directly to the CEO, and is an unusual opportunity to join a business already with meaningful traction, at the ground floor.
