Are you a dedicated and experienced BCBA looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Team 4 Kids' ABA program is seeking a Lead BCBA to join our dynamic team in Surprise, Az. This role involves leading other BCBAs and overseeing our clinic operations to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes, parent training, supervision of RBT's and evaluations. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.
  • Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans and ensure adherence to best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (OT, PT, ST) to provide comprehensive care for clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
  • Provide training and support to staff, ensuring a high standard of care and client outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current BCBA License in Arizona. If out of state must be willing to obtain an Az License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, with a strong background in supervising and mentoring other BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizations skills.
  • Passion for working with children and their families, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
