Job Description

As Vice President – Business Development, you will have the opportunity to drive the most advanced TV advertising strategies in the market.  We are TV advertising experts advancing break through & innovative, performance-based marketing on TV - we call it moving TV at the speed of Digital.  The combination of our media buying, creative, analytics team, and the support of world-class data partners create results for brands, drives response, and makes our customer’s category leaders.

We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development who is responsible for driving new revenue to the agency, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.

What you will do:

  • Maximize revenue growth by identifying, researching, pitching and closing target prospective clients
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and work collaboratively with the TCA team of analysts, creative directors and media planners to create compelling, proposals and customer pitches.
  • Develop and maintain a formal plan to aggressively target and maintain relationships with prime prospect list
  • Develop responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)

Our Ideal Player will have:

  • 8-10 years of business development experience with national accounts and digital agencies
  • Proven experience in:
    • TV marketing with extra credit for direct response marketing
    • Achieving revenue targets quarterly and annually
    • Providing media and creative clients with marketing solutions driven by data and customer knowledge, to generate growth, increase revenue and reach targeted marketing goals
    • Developing relationships with agency search consultants
    • Building prospects/contacts through existing clients and through the Account Service team; and
    • Strategic planning:  sales, account management, market research and analysis
