About the Job:
Taulia is searching for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our Talent and People Operations team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focused on working with compassion and integrity to build/grow the Taulia organization. You will drive recruitment efforts for roles across the U.S. spanning the full spectrum of our organization from interns to senior level roles. This will include the sourcing, interviewing, coordination, offer extension and the entire candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, clear communication and a sense of urgency is crucial to be effective in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process from technical sourcing of highly talented software engineers to qualifying candidates and coordinating their on-site interviews with Taulia team members.
Full life-cycle hiring of other functions needed for a SaaS Software company including Professional Services, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration.
Utilize creative and out-of -the box candidate sourcing techniques to rapidly identify top engineers.
Owns and executes the end-to-end recruitment process - job posting, pre-screening, coordinating the hiring process, providing feedback to all applicants.
Strategically source new talent. Nurture existing talent channels while innovating new methods.
Work to evaluate processes and make efficient changes when appropriate.
Ensure a smooth experience for both candidate and hiring manager.
Schedule follow up rounds and onsite interviews.
Research competitive landscape, recruiting landscape, and trends for new campaigns.
Support various people operations projects within the human resources functions.
Assist People Ops team in supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at Taulia.
Leverage your networks of contacts to drive a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Maintain internal Applicant Tracking System with up-to-date status of candidates in the hiring process.
Exploring alternative recruitment sources, negotiating and collaborating with external recruitment agencies.
- Deep experience as a member of a rapidly growing HR team, with proven experience recruiting for SaaS based companies, especially Software Engineers.
Wild attention to detail and polished organizational skills; fully comfortable with executing many simultaneous tasks despite limited time.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
