About the Job:

As the leading innovator of supplier financing solutions, Taulia is seeking an industry veteran to work both with Taulia’s internal teams and supplier community to deliver the next generation of supplier financing offerings.

You will have the exciting opportunity to execute on supplier outreach, and influence SMB marketing and strategy by leveraging the latest in technology and groundbreaking funding mechanisms. You will deliver extremely competitive financing options to Taulia’s supplier base.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SMB outreach and enablement efforts, responsible for designing, and executing initial and ongoing campaigns.

  • Recruit, hire, and train top talent for Account Executives positions

  • Work with Taulia’s account directors to understand support the buyer’s business case, and design the SMB strategy in support of it through fair and attractive financing for the associated suppliers.

  • Advise and work with marketing on optimizing messaging and outreach strategy for the SMB segment, taking into accounting competing finance options and tailoring messaging to maximum effectiveness 

  • Oversee and optimize Taulia’s book of financed suppliers, ensuring all suppliers are leveraging their funding to the fullest.

  • Collaborate with Taulia’s Professional Services, Customer Success and Support teams to maintain a fantastic Customer Experience for buyers and suppliers that use Taulia

  • Advise Taulia’s product teams to drive innovation in Taulia’s technology and financing offerings

Requirements:

  • You are a leader and have a minimum of two years experience managing in a sales environment.

  • You are spirited leader with a passion for building and leading teams to success.  You develop trust in your team by getting your hands dirty, and working directly with them, in the trenches.

  • Significant experience and expertise in sales, preferably of a financial nature.  Comfortable managing core sales efforts, both your own and in the context of a team.

  • You have a passion to win.  You’re looking to change the world of options for supplier financing.  You are motivated by delivering the results that your customers – both buyers and suppliers, are seeking.
