About the Job:
Taulia is searching for an engaged and autonomous Senior IT Administrator to join our growing team. As the Senior IT Administrator supporting our global employee base, with emphasis in Europe, you are an important member to the IT team and Taulia’s overall success. You will help end-users, peers, and supervisors resolve their requests and projects ranging from computer issues to network upgrades. You will have the opportunity to travel to some of our remote offices in California, Utah, Texas, New Orleans, Germany, UK, and Bulgaria (post-Covid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Manage, monitor, and optimize our internal physical and cloud firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
Provide extensive support to our international end-users (EU and North America) using Jira Ticketing System.
Resolve IT issues for our global employee base (spanning across 8 offices and about 300+ employees).
Assist with New Hire onboarding:
Create new accounts in various systems such as Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Email accounts, etc.
Ensure that new and existing employees have the proper security groups and access.
Procure and shipment of laptops, desktops, VoIP phones, printers, etc.
IT training for new and existing employees.
Assist with off-boarding:
Deactivate all accounts (Gmail, software licenses, etc.).
Revoke all security groups and access.
Recover and refurbish company assets (laptops, monitors, etc.).
Acquire, install, maintain, upgrade, and configure company-wide systems and programs as needed to support the needs of the organization
Influence and create standards and policies related to IT assets, data usage, privacy, and security.
Skills and Core Competencies:
Fluency in English (bilingual German proficiency is nice to have).
Strong communication (including digital communication) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency working with firewall, switches, and wireless access points.
Proficiency working with MacOS (Taulia is a 95% MacOX company).
Exposure working with SAML/Single Sign-On service (Okta, OneLogin, Centrify, Bitium, etc.)
Experience with Cloud Services (Google Apps, Salesforce, Box, Slack, etc.)
Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN
Experience MDM solutions (JAMF, MS Intune, AirWatch, Mac OSX Server, etc.)
Experience building, operating, and troubleshooting complex network environments with sensitive customer data.
Deep practical experience in traditional infrastructure areas, including servers, network, planning and engineering, support, deployment, help desk, and disaster recovery planning.
