About the Job:
Taulia is seeking a collaborative and resourceful Senior IT Administrator Lead to work side-by-side with, and provide mentorship to, our current Support and Systems IT support team members in North America and Bulagria.
In this role, you will:
Work to provide extensive support for our end-users, via our JIRA ticketing system.
Set standards and policies related to IT assets, data usage, privacy and security
Setup, manage, and improve our cloud back-end SaaS tech stack: OKTA, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jamf, Jira, Confluence, Palo Alto Prisma, Salesforce, GitHub, Box, BetterCloud, etc.
Manage our AWS and GCP environments
Provide second and third tier support for IT issues for employees both onsite and remote across 10 offices, supporting 400+ end-users
Manage our internal Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Meraki LAN/WiFi infrastructure in all offices, monitoring and optimizing system performance
Acquire, install, maintain, upgrade, and configure company-wide systems and programs as needed to support the needs of the organization
From time to time, onboarding/offboarding such as provision equipment (laptops, accessories, etc.) for new hires, and configuring equipment and providing first-day support and guidance on devices and systems
Ability to manage multiple projects while still keeping an eye on the details
Have a sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Core Skills and Key Competencies:
Experience working extensively with MacOS as Taulia is a 95% MacOX company.
Demonstrated experience with SAML/Single Sign-On service (Okta, OneLogin, Centrify, Bitium, etc.)
Significant experience with Cloud Services (Google Apps, Salesforce, Box, Slack, etc.)
Significant knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN
Extensive experience with MDM solutions (JAMF, AirWatch, Mac OSX Server, etc.)
Significant experience building, operating and troubleshooting complex network environments with sensitive customer data
Deep practical experience in traditional infrastructure areas, including servers, network, planning and engineering, support, deployment, help desk, and disaster recovery planning
Self-motivated and initiative taker on new projects and solutions
Desire to constantly improve standards and processes rather than keeping the status quo
Empathic in-person and digital communication
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service oriented mindset willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity
