About the Job:
Taulia is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and collaborative Information Security Manager to join our team and help us scale our DevSecOps platform worldwide. The Information Security Manager will report to the Director of Security.
Work cross-functionally to manage day-to-day security infrastructure to meet increasing cybersecurity threat and reduce risk.
Be a key member of the team responsible for implementing, maintaining, automating, and improving security infrastructure across the Taulia enterprise.
Manage security staff and work closely with NOC staff to monitor and respond to issues affecting security posture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with teams to monitor for threats and remediate vulnerabilities.
Complete security questionnaires for customers and potential customers.
Help ensure policies and controls are consistent and up to date.
Participate in security incident response.
Increase security automation and response capabilities.
Manage the recurring security training for the company.
Research new security technologies to further reduce risk.
Participate in ongoing risk assessments and resolve any findings.
Be a point of contact for customers and partners, socializing Taulia’s security procedures and policies.
Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
6+ years of experience working in the Information Security field.
3+ years supervisory experience.
Experience writing and maintaining cross functional security policies and procedures for a enterprise SaaS application.
Experience working with Fortune 100 companies and their security audit process and expectations.
Experience with cloud-based security and technology, specifically, Google Cloud Platform, and/or AWS.
Experience with log collection, analysis and performance monitoring.
Experience working with security control frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, PCI, etc.)
Experience with security monitoring tools, network security, endpoint security, application security.
Experience in researching security issues and vulnerability remediation.
Hands on experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering.
Experience coordinating with and managing teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate issues.
Extremely reliable and we can count on you in times of need.
You are smart with an intellectual curiosity that motivates you to keep on top of security and technical trends.
Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - ability to implement processes and influence engineers who are not direct reports.
Eagerness to work collaboratively, autonomously, and proactively to build out scalable security solutions.
Experience in a regulated (financial, healthcare, etc.) industry
One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CCNP, CSA
Nice to have:
Experience managing security for Linux environments.
Knowledge of Elasticsearch.
Knowledge of virtualization, and container technologies.
Knowledge of clustering & service orchestration frameworks/tools e.g. Kubernetes, Helm.
