The Sales Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to provide support to our Supplier Success team and is a vital role in building a successful sales organization. The role will be critical in improving operational efficiencies and continuously enabling the sales team to effectively close opportunities. You will be responsible for process improvement, reporting, implementation, training, and tools that aid the sales team.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel is required.
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales and/or operations role
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
  • Well-rounded with varied interest, background and experience
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple different business partners


  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity and collaboration with your involvement in ad-hoc projects for various other departments (Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Product) to effectively sell and scale.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in our CRM to drive actionable insights to management.
  • Be a trusted and strategic business partner to sales leadership and recommend solutions to performance related issues.
  • Ensure the Supplier Success team effectively utilize available tools and resources (i.e. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, et.).
  • Monitor newly deployed early payment programs and present the performance to stakeholders; you should be comfortable with analyzing large data sets.
