About the Job:
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for directly supporting Sales and Marketing at Taulia through enabling the teams with new tools, training, competitor intel and case studies. You will interact with Sales leaders, Account Executives and the Inside Sales team to understand their challenges and requirements. Also, you will work cross-functionally to gather needs of Sales, Marketing and Partnership team and work closely with Product Marketing to deliver the requesting content and training (you will not be required to generate product content independently). You will have the opportunity to organize the largest annual internal meeting for Sales - Sales Kick Off.
The goal is to build a machine that efficiently aligns our people, process and priorities with releveant learnings, communications and coaching. Enablement done right is highly personalized, delivering the right information at the right time.
2 - 4 years of sales training and enablement experience; 5-7 years work experience.
Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in project management, program management and/or change management.
Experience developing new sales onboarding training, role-plays, wiki pages, online courses, etc.
Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others.
You have a passion for both sales and training.
Able to accomplish specific tasks while seeing the bigger picture.
Have familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
Bonus points if familiar with Highspot, i2i Logic, Engagio, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Slack.
Ability to travel 10-15%.
Building relationships with internal customers to understand their goals and challenges and develop a plan for how Enablement can help.
Owning existing and implementing new Sales Enablement tools, ensuring thorough training,rollout and ongoing usage.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to obtain and scope product materials, case studies and whitepapers.
Enhancing existing process for new Sales onboarding and ongoing education.
Maintaining and updating training content in Highspot.
Creating a process for feedback, live training exercises, role-play scripts, record and edit videos, training guides, etc.
Assisting with additional sales enablement efforts such as coordinating agenda for Sales Kick Off including the themes, keynote speakers and/or introduction video.
Working on ad-hoc projects such as coordinating with Marketing to ensure sales has everything they need for upcoming field marketing events, customer stories, testimonials, etc.
