About the Job: 

Taulia is looking for an autonomous, excited, and engaging Program Manager to assist with our newest Product/Service offering—Inventory Management. Taulia is developing Inventory Management services in order to provide a complete working capital solution suite (spanning the cash conversion cycle). Taulia’s Inventory Management service will assist customers (suppliers and buyers) with working capital efficiency related to inventory optimization. In addition to the financial benefits of Taulia Inventory Management, the physical supply chain (logistics management of goods in-transit and staged in warehouse locations) will be managed from end-to-end. As a Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Inventory Management team in delivering this exciting new product to the market. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client transactions with our logistics partner to ensure pristine transactional reconciliation on an ongoing basis through all phases of a buy/sell operation.

  • Review the order-to-pay cycle and manage orders against customer purchase commitments. Manage transactions to established program guidelines.

  • Ability to create transaction reconciliation processes for high volume flows.

  • Prevent transactional loss or risk by setting up structures for operational integrity and implementing forward looking operational risk mitigation strategies.

  • Repair ongoing errors and recommend process improvements to prevent future errors.

  • Manage the new customer program implementations with the logistics partner and coordinate with the customer, suppliers, and any third-party SCM software vendors.

  • Provide oversight for the partner entity for bank/financier facilities to ensure collateral requirements and reporting are met and cash collections of receivables properly extinguish the transactional funding.

  • Coordinate with other Taulia product teams as needed.

  • Meet annual job goals and performance objectives as defined.

  • Begin as an individual contributor with a vision to hire and train operational specialists on your team to support the further growth of the Inventory Management product and service.


  • A deep understanding of purchasing, order management, inventory management, and customer invoicing for end-to-end transaction reconciliation.

  • Previous experience in running financial and logistics operations for a mid-sized company or larger.

  • Experience in procurement and sourcing as well as order management for meeting customer delivery commitments.

  • Understanding of warehousing, WMS systems and vendor managed inventory programs.

  • Understanding of import/export processes in foreign trade, freight and shipping, INCO terms and title transfer for goods in transit.

  • Industry training or relevant coursework in operations, international trade, procurement, supply management, warehouse management and logistics is desired.


  • Excellent analytical problem-solving ability, able to quickly immerse themselves in new problem domains and adapt.

  • Strong leadership skills, able to communicate the vision to others and inspire action and excitement across teams.

  • Great at building relationships and listening to the customer -  works across multiple stakeholders to find solutions and alignment.

  • Ability to be hands on and comfortable diving in to personally clear any roadblock.

  • Excellent communication skills and domain expertise, able to speak the language of who you’re talking to in each scenario.

  • Attentive to details, diligent, and detail oriented, strong personal project management skills.
