About the Job:

Taulia is looking for a Program Manager to work in the Product & Development team and be responsible for leading product activities for our key programs.  

As a Program Manager, you will work with senior product leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs of the program/channel and deliver tactical plans to drive measurable improvements and growth. You will work across internal and external teams to take corporate strategies and drive them to deliverable tactics. You will use their analytical ability and market knowledge to develop a plan of action to grow the channel and deepen Taulia’s partnerships. 

You will be accountable to deliver against these tactics. You will create alignment across the organizations, and set up the proper structure, discipline, and process to ensure all parties deliver against the agreed objectives. You will continually measure and communicate the effectiveness of the actions and look for ways to improve.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with product and partners leadership to identify and prioritize new tactics to support the strategic direction of the program/channel

  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program

  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

  • Indirectly managing a team of internal and external stakeholders, with a diverse set of needs, and aligning them to a common vision

  • Working with engineering and product leaders to set deliverable dates and project plans, ensuring any roadblocks are known and cleared so the deliverables are met

  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services

  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

  • Analyzing program risks and proposing solutions to address

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position at a financial technology company or Bank

  • Experience leading large projects and/or programs with a technical deliverable from concept to completion

  • Experience with leading a product line or channel of a larger product, including budget ownership

  • Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical problem-solving ability, able to quickly immerse themselves in new problem domains and adapt

  • Strong leadership skills, able to communicate the vision to others and inspire action and excitement across teams

  • Great at building relationships and listening to the customer -  works across multiple stakeholders to find solutions and alignment

  • Ability to be hands on and comfortable diving in to personally clear any roadblock

  • Excellent communication skills and domain expertise, able to speak the language of who you’re talking to, from the CEO to the engineer

  • Attentive to details, diligent, and detail oriented, strong personal project management skills
