About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven professional responsible for the management of partners delivering Taulia. You will manage a portfolio of partner firms and be responsible for relationship management, technical implementation, business ramp, buyer-customer satisfaction, and program results. You will report into the Professional Services organization and will work closely with Customer Success teams to provide a unified, high-quality Taulia program. The end goal is to ensure the partner sets up a fully-enabled and highly successful Taulia delivery practice. Additionally, the you will serve as the eyes and ears of Taulia, transforming client and Partner feedback into product innovation.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Manage projects within an assigned Partner Portfolio.

  • Work closely with the Partner Product Manager, Business Consultant, Supplier Sales Consultant, or Technical Consultant to provide functional and technical expertise, guidance, and support through the project lifecycle and post go-live.

  • Support implementation, testing, and program realization to meet business requirements.

  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical support issues including SAP errors, Product errors, and data discrepancies.

  • Work with product development and quality assurance teams to keep product knowledge current, and to contribute to improving Taulia software. Create Partner specific enablement content as required. 

  • Maintain oversight of partners during escalations and escalate internally when required. Engage with the customer as liaison to Taulia during program escalations. 

  • Approve partner hours and requests for additional scope; report requests to Delivery Manager for billable perspective.

  • Develop strong relationships with partner resources and buyer-customer key stakeholders

  • Ensure the partner has all necessary files, documentation, and tools to support a timely under-budget technical implementation.

  • Complete internal process checkpoints and administrative tasks to support configuration, testing and technical go-live.

  • Key point of contact within Taulia to provide consultative support and best practices to partner throughout implementation and program ramp.

  • Ensure key deliverables are documented and collected for each project.

  • Ensure portfolio of partner resources are fully certified and receiving continuous education.

Requirements/Desired Skills:

  • Enthusiastic relationship builder with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.

  • 1-2 Years of SAP Experience Preferred.

  • SAP functional skills – Configuration and business processes within FI, AP & MM.

  • Understanding of SaaS solutions, technology and architecture.

  • Procure to Pay and AP Automation business experience.

  • Knowledge of all aspects of the Taulia Business Exchange product features and functionality, experience with SAP or other ERP Systems.

  • Motivation to contribute to ongoing process improvements in the PS methodology.

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to report out to peers and leadership on key business trends and insight .

  • You’re naturally curious, love learning new things and are proactive in sharing knowledge with others.

  • Ability to oversee various roles and consult in project management, technical consulting, business consulting, and additional roles as relevant. 

  • Ability to travel (less than 20% travel expected).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in implementation of AP automation software, preferably from ReadSoft, Dolphin, or Open Text.

  • Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft or Lawson ERP experience.

  • Experience supporting large and small Partner organizations such as the KPMGs, IBMs, and boutique firms.

  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations of a large customer or Taulia.
