About the Job:
Taulia is searching for a People Development Coordinator that will support the People Operations team in making Taulia a great place to work and helping our employees grow & succeed. You will play a large role in serving as a People Ambassador by providing a welcoming, informative and respectful experience for all of our employees. As our People Development Coordinator, you will be passionate about workplace happiness and fostering a work environment consistent with the company culture.
You must also have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This position requires an individual that is service oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in mapping out annual training plans.
Help design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house).
Help select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
Assist in conducting organization-wide training, needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
Maintain training collateral and training records.
Assist in the creation of a work environment that reinforces our company’s culture.
Conduct the employee engagement survey yearly and follow up with action items.
Implement employee engagement events, activities, and rewards and recognition programs to create a highly engaged culture in which team members feel valued.
Leverage internal communication vehicles to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in employer-sponsored programs.
Assist with events and projects associated with our cultural development, employee appreciation, and recognition.
Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly.
Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures.
Plans, organizes, and conducts bi-annual performance reviews globally.
Responsible for miscellaneous duties as needed by the People Operations Team.
Oversee logistics for our New Orleans office.
