About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated results-driven professional who collaborates with external partner resources. This individual will be responsible for overseeing technical implementations and business programs managed by partners. He/she must demonstrate an ability to execute on deliverables, build relationships and drive results. Reporting into the Professional Services organization, this individual will work closely with all Customer Success teams. The end goal is to ensure the partner develops a fully-enabled, highly successful Taulia practice.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project-level support of partners 

    • Ensure the partner has all necessary files, documentation, and tools to support a timely under-budget technical implementation;

    • Complete internal process checkpoints and administrative tasks to support configuration, testing and technical go-live;

    • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to offer consultative support and best practices to partner resources as needed;

    • Triage and troubleshoot technical inquiries prior to escalating within the department;

    • Ensure key deliverables are documented and collected for each project;

    • Maintain oversight of partners during escalations and escalate internally when required;

    • Manage content, accuracy, and identify gaps within the partner community tools;

    • Identify areas of process and product improvement.

Example Tasks:

  • Monitor incoming requests for changes/additions to Taulia back-end systems.  Examples include (but not limited to) whitelisting emails, creating new portal accounts, establishing and changing PS Portal Settings, establishing and changing Platform Admin buyer settings, for all partner led projects.

  • Be available by GoToMeeting or Slack to assist with Platform Troubleshooting during key engagements such as the Workshop, POD Install, UAT/KT, and Cutover for all Partner led projects. Troubleshoot any errors.

  • Be the gatekeeper for all defects logged during testing and ensure any Taulia issues are resolved. Input JIRAs for any found bugs, locate answers to any non-bug errors/issues, provide transports for any known hotfixes, and assist partner in locating the correct Confluence pages for answers/documentation.

  • Log needed update topics for future webinars and gather material so a .ppt can be created.

  • Work with Product to determine the feasibility of newly requested functionality and report back to the partner

  • Monitor applicable product articles in Confluence and ensure they’re mirrored to the partner confluence site

  • Provide visibility internally on delivery and implementation stages.

  • Consult on Steering Committee Agenda items.

Requirements/Desired Skills:

  • +2 years experience supporting or implementing any aspect of Taulia’s solution (or complementary experience supporting implementations with large customers across different scope);

  • Enthusiastic relationship builder with a positive attitude and outgoing personality;

  • Capable of communicating effectively with a variety of personality styles;

  • Ability to report out to Program Managers and Management on key business trends and insight;

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and urgency;

  • Strong writing/editing and presentation skills;

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;

  • Ability to travel, if needed (less than 10% travel expected);

  • Basic understanding of finance concepts applicable to supply chain preferred;
