About the Job:
Taulia is growing expansively and adapting to a competitive talent landscape. We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative Jr. Talent Program Coordinator to join our Talent team and help us build and manage avenues for different Jr. level talent pools. As the Jr. Talent Program Coordinator, you will seek out and maintain partnerships with local universities, community colleges, tech based diversity programs, non profit organizations etc. to establish collaborative relationships that will help create fluid talent pools of Jr. level talent as we continue to grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with Jr. Talent sources (educational organizations, business/tech based non-profit organizations, diversity based organizations etc.)
Partner with our DE&I Task force to create and implement strategies to provide visibility to qualified candidates from a DE&I lens.
Work with the Talent and People Operations teams to strategize pipeline development and maintenance in relation to our headcount needs.
Evaluate and measure success of each program.
Identify, source, and communicate with candidates to ensure pipeline development and candidate experience.
Attend recruiting events either virtually or in person (post Coronavirus) to establish relationships with candidates and organizations.
Key Skills and Core Competencies:
Propensity toward clear, effective, and authentic interpersonal communication.
Natural curiosity and willingness to learn.
Experience with working collaboratively and strategically.
Background in Humanities, Psychology, Human Resources or another related field.
Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience creating or coordinating programs.
Previous exposure to university relations or university recruitment.
Exposure to Talent Acquisition or Talent Operations.
ATS experience (Jobscore, BambooHR, Greenhouse, etc.).
