About the Job
Taulia has been growing rapidly while offering a solution to a big problem. More than $3 trillion of capital is stuck in the inefficient and expensive abyss of factoring. We are on a path to grow our revenues in an extremely fast pace and as our Global Compliance Lead, you will drive a major part of that growth. You will have a significant impact on the success of the company and will work closely with peers across product, sales, marketing, and client services. This is an outstanding opportunity in a high visibility role in a category leading company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be Taulia’s thought leader and subject matter expert for global invoicing and business network compliance
Understand and communicate the evolving country-level regulatory landscapes of key markets as Taulia’s solutions are deployed globally
Lead definition of innovative compliance solutions that satisfy the regulatory requirements of our buyers, suppliers, and prospective customers
Collaborate with Taulia Product Management to define generalizable product features and functionality that satisfy regulatory requirements across markets
Operate hand-in-hand with cross-functional customer-facing teams to communicate and evangelize Taulia’s compliance solutions in the market
Find and partner with companies that can accelerate or support our compliance efforts
Work with outside auditors and compliance partners to understand how to interpret laws and regulations and measure Taulia's compliance
Represent Taulia on standards bodies
Deep industry experience (10+ years) defining, validating, and evolving compliant Invoicing and Business Network solutions in the EU, LATAM and APAC.
Excellent customer skills with strong ability to communicate solutions in broad strokes and deep detail to specific customers and the market in general
Prior experience in a high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise software company.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, presence and energy.
Creative, flexible and hands-on “do what it takes” attitude to drive success.
Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans.
You are both a do-er and a strategist. You will both define product solutions and validate those solutions in the market.
Superb verbal and written skills.
Ability to travel.
Masters degree in business, finance or a related field.
