About the Job:

We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team based out of our San Francisco, CA headquarters.  At Taulia, you'll be a critical member of a fast-growing and constantly evolving supplier marketing team who works well together, but thrives off autonomy and operates independently.

You will be a customer success intern, with the ability to work creatively in a rapidly growing start-up environment. The right individual will have a knack for talking to people and be stellar at documentation.

The ideal candidate will have immediate availability to join in a part-time capacity, for 10 weeks. The internship has the potential to lead to a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reaching out to users via phone calls and email

  • Documenting and analyzing user behavior

  • Troubleshoot user challenges

  • Present findings and reporting

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or GED

  • Exceptional communication skills, especially written and phone

  • Strong phone communication skills

  • Solid documentation skills

  • Comfortable cold calling

  • Organized

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A positive working attitude toward all people

  • Capable of working independently

  • Understands financial concepts

  • Problem solver
