About the Job:

Taulia is looking for an experienced Digital Conversion Optimisation Specialist to work as part of the global demand generation team to plan, develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) projects and tactics that will increase conversions across our websites.

You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner. The successful candidate will have previous experience in AB/MVT testing, with the ability to identify trends, create hypotheses, and develop testing plans. You will also be familiar with tools such as Google Optimize, Hotjar, GetFeedback.

Position Information

  • Part-time - 6 months contract.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Provide consultancy on strategies to improve funnel conversion rates, leads and other KPIs and metrics for the business.
  • Report on a monthly basis, providing stop, start and continue initiatives.
  • Measure effectiveness of customer journeys with CRO data.
  • Contribute towards the development of testing roadmaps, ensuring they are rolled out on time, and deliver detailed performance reports on the back of each experiment.
  • Drive insight, analysis and decision-making using data from CRO tools such as Google Optimize and Hotjar.

Skills and Experience

  • 2 years minimum experience running A/B conversion optimisation tests in a B-to-B environment, ideally in the high tech industry
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success of both web and business metrics.
  • Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts.
  • A good understanding of general UX & UI best practices.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools (e.g. Google Optimize).
  • Experience with research tools such as HotJar or other similar tools.
  • Flexibility to work with partners across multiple time zones
  • Fluent in English

Desirable knowledge

  • Past experience working with paid media activity; including paid search, display, programmatic and social, and running optimisation tests specifically for paid.
